What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is 3:00 pm or after and check-out time is 12:00 pm the following morning. New Harmony, Indiana is on Central Time.

What do I need to check-in?
We require a photo state issued ID and an a valid credit card.

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
All early and/or late check-out time requests must be approved from our Registration Desk before arrival. Please call us at 812-682-4431 ext. 1430 to speak with our reservationist.

Are all guest rooms non-smoking?
Yes. However, smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your room reservation(s), please contact us 48 hours prior to date of arrival by 3:00 pm. If you cancel your room reservation(s) after the 48 hour deadline, you forfeit the deposit to hold your room(s).

Does the Red Geranium Restaurant serve breakfast?
Yes! We offer a healthy breakfast menu (priced accordingly) beginning at 7:00 am until 9:30 am and is served inside the Tillich dining room at Red Geranium restaurant. To view our menus and restaurant hours, please visit Red Geranium Restaurant website.

Do you offer Internet services in guest rooms?
All guest rooms and common areas are equipped with hi-speed (100mbps) WiFi.

Does the New Harmony Inn have a Business Center available for registered guests?
Yes. We have a business center located inside the Entry House. For additional services such as copies, we will be happy to assist you in our business office located across the street from the Registration Desk.

Are pets allowed at the New Harmony Inn?
Of course! The New Harmony Inn Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Being pet lovers ourselves we understand “little furry companions” like to travel too! We have a pet policy we need for you to read and upon arrival you will be ask to sign our pet policy contract. Please read the full pet policy contract and if you have any questions please contact us.
